From having the spirit world launch an energy drink to helping create the McDonald’s of the new Millennium, my philosophy is simple: make brands famous by any relevant means possible. It is this mindset along with an insatiable curiosity that has allowed me to work as a creative and creative leader across four continents over a period spanning almost 20 years.
During this time, I’ve been fortunate enough to help build and maintain the creative product of some of the hottest ad agencies around the globe from Crispin Porter & Bogusky in the U.S. to Colenso BBDO in New Zealand. More recently I’ve held the Creative Director and acting Executive Creative Director positions at Clemenger BBDO Sydney and Saatchi & Saatchi Australia respectively, founded an impact agency called The Change• Community and been the Creative Director of TBWA Melbourne.
To date my work at big multi-nationals has seen me affect the world’s largest and most innovative brands including Nike, Coca-Cola, BMW, Burger King, Virgin Atlantic, Miller Brewing Company, Google and American Express to name but a few. Whilst my experience running my own impact agency for three years saw me execute complete business transformations to propel newer more purpose based brands into the spotlight, all the while learning invaluable commercial knowledge.
As a result of working in partnership with brave clients and colleagues, my thinking and creative leadership have been recognised with over 100 pieces of metal and finalists at all major international shows. I’ve also had the pleasure of judging the work of my peers on juries around the world on many occasions and someone at Young Guns International was kind enough to name me as one of the Top 10 Global Creatives of the past decade.
